Canestanco 18 is designed to cater to the needs of digital nomads, remote workers, and travelers looking for both a productive work environment and a peaceful, community-oriented living experience. The rural surroundings offer tranquility (and delicious organic veggies) but are in easy reach of local beaches and town entertainment.

Choose from self-contained houses, a private ensuite room, or private rooms with a shared bathroom.

• Laundry Facilities 

Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. For room bookings, electricity is included without a separate consumption charge. Whole-house bookings include an electricity allowance; excess consumption is charged as explained in our Terms and Conditions.

When rooms are rented individually, the shared indoor areas are cleaned weekly. Cleaning of individual rooms is available on request at €15 per hour.

At Canestanco 18, you can enjoy cooking lessons (available on request at an additional cost), spontaneous communal dinners (free of charge or with food costs shared among participants), and spontaneous BBQ nights (free of charge or with shared food costs), or relax by the swimming pool and organic garden. We speak Italian, English and French, and some Spanish.

We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 tortoises, and 1 cheeky donkey (as well as a number of fish in the pond and chickens in the coop), and we ensure that everyone can enjoy the spaces, whether they love interacting with animals or prefer to keep their distance.

Guests’ pets are welcome only when booking an entire house, with our prior confirmation. Please tell us about your pet before booking. The refundable security deposit is increased by 25%. Pets must remain under their owner’s control, and owners must clean up after them and prevent disturbance to other guests or animals.

By car: Simply follow the directions to Canestanco 18 on Google Maps for the easiest route. It will take you to our front gate.

Travelling without a car? Send us your arrival airport and flight time before booking, and we’ll help you check public transport options and the final journey to the property. Any pickup must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Yes, Canestanco 18 offers volunteer opportunities through platforms like Workaway. This program allows volunteers to exchange a few hours of work per day for accommodation and meals. It's a great way to experience life at Canestanco 18, contribute to the community, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while learning new skills.

Yes! Our Wi-Fi covers all main shared areas, the coworking space, and the apartments, providing a stable connection for video calls and remote work. If you need privacy for frequent calls, tell us before booking so we can help you choose a suitable accommodation and explain the available workspaces.
