La Casetta is a private countryside house for up to four guests, with a double bed, double sofa bed, private kitchen, bathroom and two desks. A veranda and fireplace make it a welcoming base for holidays and longer stays throughout the seasons. The swimming pool is shared with other guests.

A wonderful relaxing experience in the Santa Croce Camerina countryside. A few minor hiccups, yes, but nothing that would detract from the experience for those who love being surrounded by nature and animals. It's not far from town and just minutes from the nearest beaches (in my case, I was able to bring my Vespa and had no problem finding parking, a common criticism of beaches like Punta Secca, Casuzze, etc.).

The fact that I pretty quickly booked a return visit to Canestanco 18 tells you how much I liked this place! My first visit was in May for 3 weeks and I'll return for 10 days in September. The owners are an absolute delight and made me feel very at home. There weren't other digital nomads there when I was there, which was the only downside as I'd hoped to meet other DNs but I still had a great time and am excited to go back! Having use of a bicycle to cycle down to the coast in 15-20 mins was a big bonus for me and I loved having a cooling swim when I got back to the property. Would definitely recommend!

It's simply a corner of paradise, where you can clear your mind and recharge your body and soul. We were warmly welcomed during our stay by Elvira and Martin, always available and friendly. It was wonderful to be immersed in nature, with the company of Fido, Bosco, and Agador. A place that will always remain in my heart.

I had the most perfect stay here in Santa Croce! Situated in the countryside and close to the coast, the house was beautiful, super clean, and full of rustic charm — and the outdoor space and pool were perfect for relaxing. Jen and Carmelo were fantastic hosts and made me feel so welcome from the start with nothing being too much trouble! The gorgeous beach is a short distance away, and there's plenty to do/see within driving distance. Everything about this place was warm, peaceful, and completely unforgettable. Can't wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay here, Jen and Carmelo were fantastic hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. It’s a beautiful rural setting, close to coast and we thoroughly enjoyed a regular swim in the sea. The house was equipped perfectly, clean and comfortable. We took our 2 year old who absolutely loved pottering about in the sunshine and feeding the resident Donkey. Would definitely recommend!!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay here. It is a beautiful setting and you are surrounded by nature. The hosts Carmelo and Jen went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. The property was very clean and equipped with all you could need. It wasn't far from the beach. Would definitely recommend 👌

I recently stayed at Carmelo's farm and it was an incredible experience! The setting was picturesque, the hosts Carmelo and Jen were welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home, sharing history about area and local dinning spots. The accommodation qas big and well-equipped, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. The farm would be perfect for an animal lover as they had two dogs, two cats and a donkey. Overall, this farm stay was a perfect getaway as it is also close to the coast.

An extremely relaxing place that places the guest in direct contact with nature and the countryside without giving up the proximity of seaside resorts and renowned beaches such as Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Punta Braccetto, etc. very close to supermarkets, pizzerias, pastry shops, bars and excellent holiday farms and farms. Large and well-kept swimming pool, the entire environment (constantly kept in excellent condition in every respect) is constantly evolving and continuously improving thanks to the care and attention of the host, Carmelo. Animal lovers will certainly appreciate the company of the Agador donkey, two dogs (never invasive), cats and turtles. Various "relaxation areas" outside, covered by Wi-Fi, are a plus for digital workers who need a place where they can work or make business calls in peace. Super value for money! A real gem. I will definitely come back.
